If you haven't booked online with us before then you will need to create a new account - as a tip to make it easier next time why don't you use your email address as your username and use the same password as you have when you joined the Arena web site mailing list.
If you have previoulsy booked online you will need to enter your username and password - if you have forgotten your password you can click on the forgotton password where you will be emailed a reminder. If you have forgotten your username you will need to call the box office internet help line and have this reset - call 0870 1213676.
